4 last-Minute Colognes to Buy For Your Boyfriend

105 Nosy Dogs Who Want To Know What You're Doing | Bored Panda

Instead of using top sommelier bullshit jargon, I’ll use my own bullshit jargon. All of the colognes I have here are from my personal collection, they are reasonably priced, no ridiculous ones, bread and butter fragrances for everyday use; and for special occasions. Any guy would love to have any one of these from my carefully refined collection of colognes. Whether you need a valentines present for a guy or a birthday or Christmas gift, one of the below colognes is sure to suffice, after all, who doesn’t like smelling nice? Disclaimer: links go to Amazon where we may receive a small (it keeps getting smaller) cut of the price if anything is purchased; so feel free to buy a hot tub as well as a cologne.

Davidoff Cool Water

Blue Lagoon, Iceland | Corners of World

This was my go to for years. Cool water does smell cool. It smells relaxed and is surprisingly compelling. Even the strength is cool, not too empowering and not too weak – like gentle waves breaking over your nostril hairs. This fragrance is really unique and does give off cool lagoon-like vibes. I used to wear it pretty much every day. This is a fresh and herby vibe – it would suit an easy going, effortlessly cool guy – or at least, a guy who thinks he is those things.

Sauvage Dior

Imagine living in this woodland cottage. At night the ...

This one is extremely deep and somewhat spicy. I’ve been working in a woodland all year and this reminds me of freshly cut evergreens with it’s pine woodland smell. It’s a very masculine scent which is strong and lasts pretty long on skin or a shirt collar. This fragrance would be used for special occasions, a night out or a romantic meal. Additionally, the magnetic sealed lid is also a nice touch. Guys will appreciated the lid – It’s gadgety and unnecessary.

Boss by Hugo Boss

Similar, but lighter and sprightlier than Sauvage, this fragrance still has the wood-like smell of freshly cut pines on a breezy summers day. It’s a strong smell but not overbearing. This is a super popular fragrance for men. The price is great for the quality. Personally, I use this fragrance for laddish nights out and smart-casual days out.

Hugo Boss IN MOTION Eau de Toilette

A true everyday fragrance. This fragrance has an orange and silver style which is rather fitting as the scent has a zesty fragrance with a steely metal edge. Does that make any sense at all? It’s almost a sporty smell (maybe that’s why the fragrance is in a ball shape) perfect for a quick-witted guy, a fleet-footed gentleman. I’ll chuck on this spray for my normal day to day. It’s not too over the top is what I’m getting at.
